Returns & Refunds

We want you in the right size. If something isn't right, you can return unworn items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

To start a return, email hello@thewienerclub.com with your order number. Return postage is covered by the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days of us receiving the item.

This does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
